Goblet Buffs are designed especially to conform to concave surfaces, being composed of tough linen circles stacked in circles of gradually decreasing diameters stitched securely to form hemispherical shapes. They are just the thing for polishing the interiors of bowls or boxes without risking damage from the end of the motor shaft. The 2" Taper Buff has a more conical configuration, ideal for getting into narrow places - like the necks of vases. The buffs can be mounted on the tapered Goblet Buff Adaptor (comb. 1/2" - 5/8") which is tightened onto a motor shaft or Morse Taper Lathe Adaptor or, alternatively, the small 1/4" shank Drill Chuck Mandrel.
