Our own design, these unique hinges with matching removable stops are meant to be installed on the outside of a box. They are formed from heavy extruded brass, polished, then coated with a durable lacquer finish so that they will retain their sheen. We have found that mortising them with the Hinge Wizard is preferable to a Forstner bit.
