We now offer an expansion kit for our popular 1-1/4" Treen Mandrel which allows you to turn 1-½" or 2" ID boxes. The 1-½" expander consists of two brass rings which slide over the original mandrel. The larger expander comprises 2" diameter steel rings which fit over the mandrel, where they are secured with set screws, and a 2" aluminum gauge ring to permit easy matching of box and lid diameters.

This sharp-edged 1" driver for the smaller lid mandrel is designed to turn hollow lids or stoppers - especially those used for salt and pepper shakers. Designed to be used with the original 1-¼ Treen Mandrel Set, this new part makes a jam chuck unnecessary.
